At Vidaloe Fuerteventura we have created H2O Chocolates. Pioneers in bean-to-bar chocolate production in the Canary Islands, we use high-quality Arriba Nacional cocoa beans from the Costa Esmeraldas region, Ecuador. In our workshop we carry out the entire production process, from selecting the beans to the final packaging of the chocolate. At Vidaloe Fuerteventura we focus on sustainability, craftsmanship and creating unique flavours that reflect the richness of cocoa with organic ingredients from Fuerteventura, such as carob, aloe, spirulina, goat’s milk, salt from our salt flats, or Canarian pepper. Our commitment to quality and innovation has made it a benchmark in the chocolate industry in the region.

We grow our own carob trees organically on our farm and produce the flour after drying and grinding their pods in an artisanal manner: a high-quality organic flour.

We have revived the cultivation of one of the Canary Islands' ancestral foods and, blended with our pure cocoa, we craft the first carob chocolate from Fuerteventura: a chocolate with a crunchy texture, reddish colour and varied flavour notes: vanilla, red berries and a sweet toasted taste from the carob flour.

Our farm and shop are located in Agua de Bueyes, on the island of Fuerteventura.
