There are places that can’t be explained… they’re felt.
And then there’s Vidaloe, where beyond feeling them, we share them with you warmly, with a smile and the occasional thought-provoking phrase. Because here, in the middle of the farm, among green leaves and hands in the soil, there’s something that connects it all: the soul.

🌱 The soul of the farm

Meet Daniel Acosta, our spiritual guide, head gardener, and rural philosopher (yes, all of that together, and we’re not exaggerating).

With phrases like: “Let’s preserve our history, revitalize our communities, and build a lasting legacy” he reminds us every day why we do what we do… even when we’re battling with a plant that refuses to grow 😄

Daniel doesn’t just cultivate the land, he also cultivates the idea that things done well—with patience, respect, and love—always bear fruit. And if they don’t today, they will tomorrow. Or the day after. We’re in no rush here, but we do have purpose.

🌾 Different, but united

At Vidaloe we’re a diverse team. Very diverse. The kind where everyone has their own style, their own story… and their own way of making coffee ☕ (a sensitive topic, by the way).

But there’s something we’re absolutely clear about:
👉 caring for the land
👉 caring for people
👉 and caring for our traditions

And doing it well.

Because yes, you can have one foot in history and another in the future without losing your balance (even if we sometimes trip over a hose, that’s just part of working live).

Our process is simple, but powerful:
from the farm to your hands, no detours or middlemen.

Here we do EVERYTHING:

  • Cultivate
  • Harvest
  • Transform
  • Package
  • And yes… we also label with care (lots of care, sometimes too much and we lose track of time)

Real zero-kilometer. The genuine kind.
The kind you can see, touch… and smell.

🚜 Coming to see us?

We don’t really believe in “perfect” visits here. We prefer real ones.

So there’s no need to book an appointment.
Just come by Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM…
and yes, you can “interrupt us” while we’re working (we love those interruptions).

We’ll show you how we do everything, from the soil to the final product,
and we’ll share some of grandma’s secrets… don’t worry, all organic 😉

You’ll see how tradition and innovation go hand in hand without arguing,
and how, when things are done with love, everything grows.

And if you don’t believe it…come and see for yourself. 🌿

Because Vidaloe isn’t just a farm.
It’s a way of doing things.
And, above all, a way of feeling them
