When blended with our cocoa and produced Bean to Bar, the resulting chocolate is a bar with intense flavour from the tongue to the palate; the salt crystals enhance each of the floral and fruity nuances of the Ecuadorian cocoa.
At Vidaloe Fuerteventura, we’ve created H2O Chocolates. Pioneers in bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturing in the Canary Islands, we use high-quality Arriba Nacional cacao beans from the Costa Esmeraldas region, Ecuador.
In our workshop, we handle the entire production process, from bean selection to final packaging. At Vidaloe Fuerteventura, we focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and creating unique flavors that reflect the richness of cocoa combined with organic ingredients from Fuerteventura, such as carob, aloe, spirulina, goat’s milk, salt from our salt pans, or Canarian pepper. Our commitment to quality and innovation has made it a benchmark in the chocolate industry in the region.

Traditional Fuerteventura Sea Salt possesses a mild salty flavour that leaves no trace of dryness or bitterness on the palate.
It is an unrefined salt that, in addition to being very low in sodium, is rich in trace elements and minerals. The particular traditional extraction system of the Salinas del Carmen promotes the preservation of all the natural qualities of sea salt, resulting in a salt with more magnesium, zinc, and calcium.
